Fixing Header UI Responsiveness #58

Currently, there seems to be an issue where the header elements do not adapt well across various screen sizes, affecting user experience. Objective: The primary goal of this task is to ensure that the header UI elements respond appropriately to different screen sizes, providing a seamless and consistent experience for all users, regardless of the device they're using.

Proposed Changes: To address this issue, we plan to implement the following changes: Utilize CSS media queries to adjust the layout and styling of the header components based on the viewport width. Ensure that all elements within the header, including navigation links, logo, and any interactive elements, scale and reposition gracefully on smaller screens. Test thoroughly across multiple devices and screen sizes to guarantee a smooth and consistent experience across the board.
