Update Copyright Year Dynamically in Footer #65

Hey @Satakshijain, The current copyright year in the footer section of the website is hardcoded in the HTML tag and is not updated to 2024. To ensure that the copyright year is always up to date, I propose to modify the HTML code in competitive.html and index.html to dynamically update the year to the current year. This will improve the accuracy and professionalism of the website. Please assign this work to me under GSSOC'24. Please assign the label and I would like to work on it. Thank you!!

Hello @Satakshijain ,I am writing to request a change to the copyright year in footer, Upon reviewing the code, I noticed that the copyright year needs updation. As such, I believe it's important to ensure that the copyright information accurately reflects the contributions made to the project.
