Health Equity Tracker is a free-to-use data visualization platform that is enabling new insights into the impact of COVID-19 and other social and political determinants of health on historically underrepresented groups in the United States.
The source data only has “All”s for the national data, not for the state-level data. Need to back-calculate the “ALL” by doing a weighted average of the races and their population shares.

[ ] load live births by race, ethnicity, state, from 2019 (current year) from CDC Natalie to high is the JAMA denominator
[ ] use new estimate totals util to estimate count of maternal deaths using the study's per 100k and the cdc live births
[ ] sum groups' counts per state to get ALL numerator / denominator
