Description and Motivation

PHRMA BRFSS CANCER

• addresses items from #3601
• adjusts frontend to expect _sex tables which I'd initially forgotten; still need #3604 to make them on the backend
• improves meta data to include specific screening types
• adds PhrmaBrfssProvider.test.ts coverage
• allow handling single-sex cancer screenings different than all-sex screening types like lung and colorectal
• adds handling of new demographic type options like "income"

GUN VIOLENCE

• fixes #3575 still need to #3605
• linting including using === instead of ==
