[x] It looks like you tried to make it a numbered list but the closing </ol> tag was too early; if the whole thing is an OL and then each demographic is a LI i think that'll be the most accessible and look right.
[x] remove the (for fatal injuries only) after Race since all this data is fatal cases
[x] Need some vertical space between the big heading title and the big sources box. Are we keeping the large titles? I thought those were going to be hidden on desktop maybe?
[x] I still vote for not using the hover tooltip thing on "key metrics", especially on the sub-heading. I'd rather move the text from the tooltip into the paragraph content for that Key Metrics part. If you feel it's really needed, we need to fix it to work on iphone as it doesn't really work, and i'd much rather have it on the inline paragraph use of "Key Metrics" rather then the sub-heading
[x] the demographics need to be updated; I wrote out details in a previous PR review but I think they got missed. I'll find and update here, but basically we should either list Children (Under 18) and Young Adult (18-25), or Youth (Under 25), and we also need to list the Black Men Homicide on the "breakdowns available lists / table

[x] It's a little confusing that we are using the bold text as list items, and some are links to external sites, some aren't links at all, and some seem to be internal links? If they will all eventually be external links we should maybe make them look a little more "link-y"? If only some will have links, maybe we use the nice little ["] thing you have on the Crisis Overview page?
[x] We should add test coverage for all these new external links by loading them and testing them in externalUrls.spec.ts or by making them items in the existing urlMap object in externalUrls.ts
