Description and Motivation

This PR begins to phase out the tabs used in the WIHE page. FAQs tab was removed to be its own standalone page and routes have been updated accordingly. The About Us page has been updated with a few new team headshots and adds Dr. S. Harris-Hooker to the Leadership Team.
