Run lazydocs validate in github actions

Right now we don't validate docs in CI, but do validate while generating documentation for the website. This means creating a release & docs may be painful

I suggest we add:

lazydocs --validate [modules]

Check how much work it is. We don't want to fix it all at once if it's too much.
