test(cypress): updates for videocall tests #5387

What this PR does 📖

Refactored chat-first-user.js and chat-second-user.js cypress tests, cypress commands file for both users and config files
Added new data-cy attributes needed to make these tests work
Updates to gitignore file to avoid tracking files not needed for cypress
Removed cypress snapshots files from repository since these are not needed for now
Finally, adding a new cypress CI file for running these tests, since using the same file for both cypress jobs was causing issues in CI on localhost page load
