Task: This ticket is for wiring up the Backup Phrase button in Settings. This still needs design and I'm sure we want to include a notification for when the user clicks it this ticket is to just get things started.

Without a centralized location to store lists of friends and messages, how could a backup recovery phrase help?

I think we were going to switch to just letting someone download a json that had their public and private key. And yeah, recovering that wouldn't mean much since we wouldn't know friends or anything else unless they also exported and saved that too.

"exporting cache" (really making a zip file of .uplink/.user) sort of does this already
