chore(layout): clean up code and improve event handling in layout components

1. Remove unnecessary code and avoid boring messages on console:

Code readability improvements:

src/lib/layouts/Chatbar.svelte: Removed the unused typing export.
src/routes/chat/+page.svelte: Removed the unnecessary typing prop from the Chatbar component.

Initialization logic:
src/lib/wasm/IWarp.ts: Updated the initWarp function to call init with an empty object.

Debugging and logging:
src/routes/+layout.svelte: Added a debug log statement to indicate the initialization of the app in the layout routes page.
src/routes/+layout.svelte: Removed an old console log statement.

2. Find a solution to use swipe without show error on code

Event handler simplification:

src/routes/+layout.svelte: Remove error from the swipeleft and swiperight event handlers adding them to custom-events.d.ts file, so now typescript can recognize those events.
