removes sauce job wrappers (freestyle) / options (pipeline)
omits sauceclient pip installation

@lpramuk @JacobCallahan @swadeley Just FYI, as part of DynaConf phase 2, I have removed SauceClient related bits from robottelo.properties (From CI as well as Robottelo).
