Future katello-tracer UI Test Enhancements #11112

Recently raised PR https://github.com/SatelliteQE/robottelo/pull/11090 introduces a simple test around the Katello-tracer tab in the new Host UI.

This is new territory for testing, but doesn't fully exercise the component. This issue represents a continuation of work around this test and katello-tracer in general. Ideally, this test can one day be a broad end-to-end case.
