Pass youtube cookies to youtube-dl to download age restricted videos? #220

I'm trying to download a playlist with explicit songs and it fails. youtube-dl has the --coookies option but how do I enable that with spotify_dl? Yes, here you go https://open.spotify.com/playlist/519t85WQsIF9DdmzSeICz7 spotify_dl fails to download the 12th song.

I guess songs number 8 and 10 fail due to the featured artist named 'Rimshot'. :-)
