Print size vs. pixel size of generated PDF #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
> Using custom or current Size classes, I create a Page in the PDF, setting its 
pixel size and its 
physical (print) sizes.
> An image is added.
> The PDF is generated.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the PDF to have the same physical dimensions regardless of its pixel 
dimensions. 
However the physical dimensions of the final product (e.g. view Properties in 
Acrobat) are always 
some kind of a multiplier of the pixel dimensions. E.g. that would allow 
variable DPIs of the final 
PDF while preserving the print size.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.4.8, Mac OSX
