SwapScript:

need not hold network and electrum url as part of the struct. These can be passed as params to the methods that require network calls.

SwapTx:

looks into SwapScript for network and electrum url, should instead take these as params to methods that require it.

Consider passing NetworkConfig as the param which contains network and electrum url params.
