We should have a more dynamic address validation which does not wait for user to send to check if the address is valid.
Also:
Certain apps like Wasabi and Samourai use all caps for bech32 addresses embedded in QR.
User of 0.1.98-1.1 Reported that we are unable to send to an all caps address - address validation fails.
