Support for "any" amount for LN invoices #151

Support for creating an LN invoice without amount (ie donation), msatoshi now optional
Support for paying an LN invoice without an amount, expected_msatoshi will be used as amount
callbackUrl now optional for ln_create_invoice
expiry now optional for ln_create_invoice
