What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sites that fetch content from JaikuEngine instances have to poll and suffer 
significant latency

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Feeds such as: http://adewale.jaiku.com/atom should include a link element 
as specified in this spec: 
http://pubsubhubbub.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/pubsubhubbub-core-
0.1.html and should publish notifications to a hub whenever a new post or 
comment is made.
