Open file should work direct, when run on the users workstation #17

Open file is not user-friendly. You have to copy link location and paste it
on a run application place. 

When running locally this feature can be implemented using a serverside
call. The server will trigger the File open on OS level.
It should also be possible to disable the feature in settings.py.

I have the same opinion regarding this problem and I was going to propose the 
exact
same fix. This is the sole snag I encountered with the tool.
