When displaying a file, the Open button is confusing #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open production, select a file
2. next to the filename a link called Open is displayed
3. When clicking on the file nothing happens
4. In the manual it is stated that you should copy the link location and
execute it in a shell 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When clicking on the open link show a message what needs to be done

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Added a simple alert with a text displaying what to do.
