Profile Map - locator pin constantly flashing on and off #112

So riding last night with my Zwift buddy we both had the maps open while riding Makuri Temples and Towers. Both of us had the same issue of the pin locator on the profile constantly flashing on and off as we progressed along the course. The pin locator was moving but the flashing never stopped? To note that the smaller white circle pins of riders close by also flashed at the same intervals of our pin.

Were you/they going hard at the time? There is a flashing animation to indicate when an athlete is doing substantial power.

@LeebZHCC Strange. the animation for high power which is a gentle white shadow pulse starts at 300 watts. Was what you observed like that or the pin disappearing and reappearing or something else? If you can reproduce it a vid/pics would be pretty helpful.

The pin was disappearing and reappearing along with the white dots surrounding it.Riding in Watopia last night and the pin had none of this behaviour, all was good. On 16 Feb 2024, at 21:52, Justin Mayfield @.***> wrote: @LeebZHCC Strange. the animation for high power which is a gentle white shadow pulse starts at 300 watts. Sounds like the backend data was not coming in then. Was this (or is this) happening in a specific world and/or location? Also, if it's still happening access to your log files will likely have some evidence of what's happening. If you have some logs from a session where this is happening could you email them to me at support@sauce.llc?

Hi Hustin, it was in Makuri, the Temples and Tower course. It hasn't happened since. Ill see if I can find the log and send it through to you.On 21 Feb 2024, at 19:09, Justin Mayfield @.> wrote: Sounds like the backend data was not coming in then.
