Add a LICENSE file.

I'm a web developer and LL fan.

This is a great site!

I want to create a prettier and slightly improved version of this site. However, I can't do that without a license file.

Sorry, I rarely check github these days other than to update the calculator. Feel free to make your own version of the site in any you want, and let me know so I can add your changes. I'd recommend starting from scratch too, the code can be pretty spaghetti sometimes. No license needed!

I'll start on it. I'll probably make it with GatsbyJS and a design. I'll PR it once I'm done
