sentic_dump.p and sentiword_dump.p #9

Hello,

I'm interested to implement this code in Indonesia Language case. But I difficult to create sentic_dump.p and sentiword_dump.p, so how to create sentic_dump.p and sentiword_dump.p file?

sentc_dump.p is from http://sentic.net/downloads/ sentiword_dump.p is from http://sentiwordnet.isti.cnr.it/ The author switched these two outer dictionaries into python objects .p by pickle.
