Default Installation into 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Salesforce.com\cliq2.2.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install current DL release (28.0.2) from within Salesforce.
2. Modify cliq.bat to reference the Java runtime env. and classpath accordingly 
on your local host.
3. Launch Cliq.bat.
4. verify that CLIq UI is launched.
5. Click to enable Export Radio button.
6. Enter a process name
7. Click Next Button
8. Observe exception stack in console window where CLIq was launched.

We expected to proceed to the next form on the UI to proceed with the export 
process.

Any ideas on this?
