Problem to be addressed

Create a Merge Request(MR) for this. i.e separate branch.
Create a basic JavaScript Project
It should be able to display "Hello World" over the browser when executed

Goals for the solution

[ ] Creation of JavaScript project.
[ ] Can display Hello World on the browser.
[ ] Should be a test available for the Hello World.

this rerpo is just for my brother who's a fresher in college, Just for him to get familiar with github and JS, unit testing and stuff like that also to show how he will have to work in future
