feat: Shadcn to make Ui more intuitive

What feature?

We can add shadcn to make Ui more intuitive and also add implement react-hook-form and zod for more typesafe forms and a better user experience.

Can you update the project with your default vs code and prettier settings as different settings can create changes as i don't usually use semi-colons

Also i will be going towards it in a step by step manner
