What feature?

I can resolve this issue.Please assign me this issue under GSOC LEVEL 2

I would like to contribute by making the following changes:

1.Responsiveness to whole contact section will be achieve. 2.Add carousel to the footer regarding latest blood donation camp updation that make it more tempting. 3.Theme Changing mechanism as per the user required. 4.Its will merge with the footer section with proper validation of data. 5.Card and hover effect on various sections to book slot for blood donation camp. 6.Social Media Integration via which user can easily updated regarding the updated news. These above enhance contribute a alot for seeking more number of attention.

We can add contact section here in order to do further enhancement.
