Fixed Automated Greeting Functionality #186

resolves #158 These are the changes I made : -I Renamed the workflows. -Added permissions to read contents and write on pull requests and issues. -Included a step to check out the code using actions/checkout@v2. -Enhanced the script to explicitly extract and use PR number, owner, and repo for creating the pull request and issue comment. Now it's working...
