what's wrong with the documentation?

Contributing file needs to be added . The Contributing file provides guidelines for how to contribute to the project. This includes everything from coding standards and style guides to how to submit pull requests and report issues. Here’s why it’s essential:

Encourages Contributions: It provides clear instructions on how to get involved, making it easier for newcomers to start contributing. Maintains Quality: It sets standards for contributions, ensuring that new code and documentation meet the project's quality requirements. Hey @Saurav-Pant , the present Contributing file has errors as it contains the context of Learn.md . As much as I know Contributing file involves guidelines for the contributors to have respectful conduction of contribution . Kindly assign this to me I will make correction to it & add Learn.md file
