Feature description

I'm in GSSoC'23 I want to redesign the ui of this website as it is not good looking also want to add some attractive image and make it something interesting and attractive.

Please assign this issue to me. I will redisn the UI/UX of the site. In addition to the color scheme enhancement, I propose integrating a chatbot to provide user support and improve engagement. The chatbot will serve as a virtual assistant, helping users navigate the website, locate resources, answer common queries, and assist with book donations or book issuing inquiries.
