[GSSOC'23] Bug Report: Chat Symbol is not at right position

Reproduction steps

If you look at the homepage of the website, you'll see that the chat icon is at the centre of the screen on the right side. Ideally, it should be at the bottom of the screen for a better user experience.

Kindly assign this issue to me under GSSOC'23 Label, I want to fix this issue.
