join us button text gets overshadow with background yellow colour when we hover on button

The button with the text join us does not changing to white colour when we hover on it and yellow colour hides the text.
this issue is seen in all sections except the home section like when we are in home section the hover works fine but when we move to other sections this issue comes.
I can solve this issue and want to contribute to this. Please assign me this under hactoberfest label.
