Issue: More Options Section and Dark Mode Functionality in Navigation Bar #808

This issue addresses two separate concerns in the navigation bar. Firstly, the "More Options" section is non-functional in mobile view, hindering users' ability to access additional navigation options. Secondly, the navigation bar fails to adapt to dark mode, remaining unaffected while other UI elements transition. The resolution will involve enabling functionality for the "More Options" section in mobile view and implementing the necessary adjustments to ensure the navigation bar switches to a dark theme during dark mode.
