Add "in progress" option to status options #152

I noticed there is only a complete and incomplete option when choosing a status for tasks. I think adding an in progress option could be useful for larger tasks, and better organization of a larger list of tasks. I would also be able to do it myself. Thanks!

I was hoping that I could tackle this one, given that it is my suggestion. Perhaps, we can let @SauveJeanLuc decide?

Don't you think that it's going to ruin the app's simplicity in some ways? Do you have a creative approach that will lead to the user not having a long list of statuses to choose from ?

Oops, my bad! I misunderstood.

Please work on your idea, I will look for something else.

I think having a third option wouldn't decrease simplicity much. The statuses of "complete", "incomplete", and "in progress" cover every possibility so there is no chance of complexity creep either. Perhaps we could have the order of the tasks auto sort by status? I'm not sold on this solution but it may keep complexity at a minimum.
