Green dot on toolbar icon #78

Hello, I just noticed this start happening. On certain tabs a green dot shows underneath the add-on toolbar icon.

I'm on 3.14.6 but went ahead and temporary loaded 3.14.4.1 and 3.14.4 and got the same results.

Perhaps this is due to a Firefox update/rollout? Seeing this on Developer Edition version 107.0b2 with build 20221018185850. I am not seeing it on Beta version 107.0b1 with build 20221017134228

Well, it looks like after restarting Firefox this went away. Weird.
