Limits on teams based on ranks, it would be great if the ranking system alongside deciding which items a player has access to also limits which vehicles they have access to, this relates to people just joining the server randomly, and displacing all the vehicles and leaving without a care.
Limits on teams based on slots, it would be great if there was a hard cap on certain slots, like there could only be 5 green hornets etc. This would stop servers from being filled by green-hornets and there being no infantry to actually complete objectives.
Limits on the usage of RTOs, as much as I like RTOs often they end up being spammed as the cool down is not that significant. In low player counts they work well but as a server gets population suddenly an RTO at base can immediately nuke everything with daisy cutters and carpet bombs.
Vehicle recovery system, another issue regarding the use of mike force in a public server, having to moderate and book-keep people consistently taking and destroying vehicles is annoying. While I do like the system in place and have no doubts of its usage in closed communities where responsibility and trust is mutual, in a public server there is no standard of responsibility and people just waste vehicles and often admins have to spend their time to clean it up.
Describe the solution you'd like
Simply put, when the rank system eventually gets an overhaul (as you can currently get to the 2nd last rank by slightly participating in an AO) I would like to see vehicles divided by ranks. For air vehicles it can be the following categories: littlebirds and transport, armed littlebirds, armed hueys, cobras, phantoms. For ground vehicles, it can be the following categories: transports and supply trucks, armed jeeps, armed trucks, tanks.
A server parameter to set the max number of slots. So I can set Green Hornets to X slots and ACAV to Y slots.
I would either like one of two things to occur, I would like to disable the RTO role or for the RTO role to be nerfed. This could be done in a standard way, like the RTO bombing range being a max of 3km, or increasing the cooldown time for a bombing run. It could also be creative by assigning a point budget to the RTO, that refills every hour or so, to call in strikes with, where each strike has a different cost.
Simply a switch that it is the parameter that turns off the recovery system.

None yet, maybe it could be possible to assign server play hours to externally moderated ranks but that would be too tiresome to manage.
