UH-1B and civilian vehicles not respawning on Khe Sanh #133

UH-1B Iroquois Slick and civilian vehicles do not respawn when destroyed.

Expected behavior: As a transport the UH-1B and civilian vehicles it should automatically respawn when destroyed.
