Its currently very difficult, time consuming, and laborious for a small player group to respawn or return to base to swap roles and kit to perform the actions required to defeat the AI and to progress the map.
Describe the solution you'd like
Server parameter choice to remove player requirement to belong to a force or have the right role to access and use vehicles and equipment, so that all members of a team can do anything, with anything, much like Elite soldiers, much like vanilla.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Level-up feature which slowly unlocks all elements of all forces and roles.
