need admin contact information on website #165

Contest website needs a page of contact information. Or something like that.
On the Rules page would be nice or in a site-wide footer. 

Also, the wording on the rules page could be made a tad nicer. The current tone 
could incite the kiddies. By all means say the same thing but nicely.

I need to change my organizational affiliation and don't know to whom I should 
send the request. Sign-up form did not allow NOT choosing a school. :(
