Manipulate SVG instead of getting them from shields.io #9

It's just weird and slow to get them from shields.io

Just duck type the SVG and it would be done https://github.com/estin/pybadge/blob/master/badge.py#L20-L44

I mean just manipulate the annoying thing instead of going making billions of requests. yuck
