Pacifico with acute characters crashes Internet Explorer 8 when #209

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open IE8
2. Go to http://www.google.com/webfonts
3. Search Pacifico
4. In Preview Text type any acute character (á, é, í, ó, ú)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
IE8 crashes totally.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE8 / Windows XP

I confirm it,

The pacifia font work properly on all browser exept <IE9, where all accentued 
caractère crash.
