No umlauts with font Raleway in size 14px #293

These steps will reproduce the problem:

1. Use Raleway in font-size 14px
2. Use uppercase character (umlauts) f.e. ÖÄÜ
3. Use font-weight 400 or 600

The dots above the umlauts are missing in this constellation.
The characters Ä, Ö, Ü are shown as A, O, U

Operating System:
Windows 7 64

Browser:
Chrome 33.0.1750.146 m

We see the same issue, with font size larger than 14 as well, in both Chrome 
and Opera. Not with IE though.
