3.0.28 Select None on Exit and Save

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open TES5Edit
2. Clean Mod
3. start to exit program.
4. Right Click in the window so the dialogue menu pops up giving the option for 
Select All, Inverse Selection, Select None

What is the expected output?

It will alter the state of the check marks and leave "Backup Plugins" checked 
if it's currently selected.

What do you see instead?

If you choose select none it unchecks all the plugins as well as "Backup 
Plugins" 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.0.28

I am unable to reproduce this ! My backup plugins stays selected. (with release 
3.0.28 or latest exp)

I'll investigate it more.  It might only occur when it is not anchored to the 
bottom of the window, when it exists in the list of plugins.

This is just impossible because "select none" touches only CheckListBox.
