Backup Plugins not Anchored #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open TES5Edit
2. Alter many plugins
3. Choose to close TES5Edit
4. Resize the Save Window.

What is the expected output?

Backup Plugins should be anchored to the bottom of the window

What do you see instead?

Backup Plugins stays where it was and overwrites mods in the list.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.0.28
