What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Update.esm, display file header
2. Right click on ESM
3.

What is the expected output?
A text box

What do you see instead?
AV

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.29 and 3.0.30 (r1291) 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Might be older, I only did that by accident.

My bad, fixed in r1292
I'm thinking about removing that localization editor completely, it never got 
finished, and now became obsolete since other more advanced utils are available.
