What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy as override WinterholdHousecarlSleepLonghouse23x7 [PACK:00000E8F]

What is the expected output?
ITM record

What do you see instead?
Assertion originating from wbTypeDecider

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1368 Win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
Does not happen in 3.0.30

How can we still call wbTypeDecider once aElement has reached "PTDA - Target" ?

I placed a silent workaround and a debugging variable named 
wbMoreInfoForDecider.
To Be Continued (some time).

I started duplcating Skyrim.esm as a "Deep copy as override...". Let's if there 
is more assertions lurking...
