LVLN and LVLC not recognized as acceptable record types for package object target. FNVEdit #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Best way is load the Honest Hearts DLC, or
2. Create a Find Package in the GECK and use an LVLN or LVLC as the object 
target
3. Receive error.

What is the expected output?
No Errors.

What do you see instead?
[00:00]     PACK \ PTDT - Target 1 \ Target -> Found a LVLN reference, 
expected:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.32 r1579 Win7 64x

Please provide any additional information below.

I checked to see if a Leveled Creature (LVLC) was an acceptable record. It is.
