NAM1 subrecords in INFO records ignores when case changes on text.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Find any INFO record.
2. Copy it as an override to another file.
3. Change the NAM1 subrecord by capitalizing a letter.

What is the expected output?
There should be a yellow highlight on the newly copied record once the text is 
changed.

What do you see instead?
Edit thinks it's an ITM and it will get cleaned if the cleaning process is run 
on it.

What version of the product are you using?
Version 3.0.32.
