What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load FO3 Wanderers Edition - Main File.esm in FNVEdit

What is the expected output?

What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Assertion Failure when building references, unable to alter or save plugin. 
This is TTW related (attempting to convert plugin). Will provide necessary 
files if you contact me privately.

Disable INFO sorting in Options temporarily, convert and resave plugin in GECK. 
Then enable back and try again.

Very rare error though, I doubt we are going to spend time fixing it. Optional 
INFO sorting was added just for that rare cases to avoid it.
