3.1 won't open in 64 bit windows 7 #197

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install 3.1
2.click on exe file 
3. exe is not a valid win32 application

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7 64 bit tes5edit 3.1

Please provide any additional information below.

I have tried running in compatibility mode and as admin.  no luck any thoughts?

I'm actually developing TES5Edit on Win7 x64, the problem is in your system.
